Smart Standing Desk
If experiencing error messages showing on the Handset or no response when trying to raise or lower :
- Unplug the power cable and plug cord back in, reset by holding "down" button for seconds.
- The desk will reach its lowest heights and slightly rises and stops. (Buzzer will remind by "bee" which means "reset" have finished)
We list some error codes here and you can deal with it based on the instruction below:

If the handset display "HOT", let the base rest and cool down for 20 minutes.
If the desk seems to be uneven, try the reset instructions above. If that does not work you may need to adjust the levelers at the bottom of the foot.
If the desk crashed into something or there is a sudden force on it, our anti-collision feature will detect and move the desk in the
opposite direction and stop. If the error message persists after the reset procedure or if the height between the legs exceeds 5cm (2
inches) stop the reset procedure and contact us or local distributors.
If you want to convert "cm" and "inch", press and hold the M key in the handset (10 seconds), and 1-0 / 1-1 will be displayed (use "UP" and "DOWN" keys to set the conversion,1-1 is inch,1-0 is cm).
After setting, press and hold the M key for 10 seconds.
Premier Standing Desk
If your desk is not functioning properly, it may need to be reset.
Reset Procedure: Press and hold the DOWN button on the Handset until the desk reaches its lowest height. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the LED display reads "RST" or about 10 seconds on non-LED handset models. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises, and stops. Release the DOWN button. Your desk is now ready to use.
If your desk has a handset with an LED readout and it desplays "RST", performs the reset procedure above.
If the LED readout displays an error message ("Er 1" - "Er 3") confirm that all wired connections are secure (legs to cables, cables to control box). Then perform the reset procedure above.
If the error message persists after the reset procedure, contact your seller.
If the height between the legs exceeds 1.5 inches, stop the reset procedure and contact your seller.
If the handset displays "HOT", let the base cool down for 20 minutes.
